Our policy is to ship your order within two to three business day via United States Postal Priority or UPS if requested.  Returns must be within 30 days and the customer must pay the postage unless we have made a mistake with the order.

Expedicted orders (next day, 2-day, 3 day UPS orders) must be received no later than 12 noon Eastern to be shipped out that business day.   Please call in your order if you wish to have expedited shipping.

International Orders:

We ship stencils to most countries in the world. After you place an order from a country outside of the USA; but before your credit card is charged, we will advise you of the shipping charge and ask for your approval before a charge to your credit card is made.
